REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
daa has unveiled a 15-point improvement plan for passengers at Dublin Airport – Headline Partner of the co-located FTE EMEA and FTE Ancillary & Retailing events, Dublin, 23-25 May 2023. This includes faster security, quicker Wi-Fi, and more passenger seating.
Up to 10 startups will be invited to pitch to airports and airlines at the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub Live event in Dublin on 23 May 2023.
Virgin Atlantic has formally joined SkyTeam, becoming the alliance’s first UK member airline and enhancing its transatlantic network, while providing “a consistent, seamless customer experience”.
Manchester Airport has launched the ’Little Book of Travel Tales’, with stories written by children who have recently flown through the airport. It will be distributed free to children travelling over Easter.
Content plans: The final virtual members meeting of 2024 will focus on the “year in review”, while also providing an update on current Proof of Concepts and looking ahead to plans for 2025.
