REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Austin-Bergstrom Airport has launched a new online parking reservation system that provides advance-booking for all on-airport campus parking options for “convenient and comfortable experiences”.
Frequent flyers will be able to earn and use Qantas Points when booking live events and experiences, enjoy pre-sales and access ticket and travel packages in a partnership between Qantas and Ticketek.
Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) has announced the launch of SEA Access, the new name for its accessibility programme. This provides accessible facilities, customer service resources, and community engagement.
Vienna Airport and Austrian Airlines are implementing measures to make their services more accessible. Travellers who are blind or have low vision can be guided through the airport utilising the Aira App.
