REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Delta Air Lines has rolled out 100 handheld devices to help agents drive more personal engagements with customers at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The priority zone will provide short waiting times and a shorter route to boarding pass control and security screening via direct access to the fast lanes.
