Passengers flying from the UK to the US could soon undergo preclearance customs checks ahead of departure, according to reports this week.
A total of 62 e-gates, which make use of face, iris and fingerprint recognition technology, have been installed at Doha’s Hamad International Airport.
Australian Customs and Border Protection Service has announced that automated border control e-gates will be introduced for departing passengers.
