Japan Airlines has announced it will progressively implement self-service bag drops and facial recognition technology at Narita International Airport.
BAGTAG has announced the development of the world’s first multi-solution EBT (Electronic Bag Tag) platform, BAGTAG BRIDGE, in partnership with One Bag Tag.
The service enables customers to have bags collected from their home, where travel documents are scanned and validated to complete the check-in process.
The first 10 auto bag drop units, developed by ICM, are now live at Narita International Airport’s Terminal 1 South Wing for All Nippon Airways.
