Changi Airport – a Headline Partner of APEX FTE Asia Expo, Singapore, 11-12 November 2025 – has opened a new Fit&Fun Zone in the transit area of Terminal 2. This vibrant space is designed to provide the perfect place to unwind during a layover, or before a flight.
The new facility seamlessly blends fitness and entertainment into an innovative wellness space. It features five colourful zones spanning over 400sqm, each inspired by emotions commonly experienced by travellers, such as anxiety, exhaustion, and excitement. Whether you are looking to stretch before a long flight, move your body between two journeys, or simply have some fun, Changi Airport says the Fit&Fun Zone offers an invigorating experience for all travellers.
The five coloured zones offer unique activities that you can enjoy solo or with your travel buddies, activating different emotions, muscle groups, and senses.
At the Green Zone, take a moment to relax on swinging pendulum chairs overlooking the serene Dreamscape and digital sky. The tranquil zone provides the perfect respite for those seeking peace from the bustling airport environment.
Destress at the Orange Zone, where you can punch Spar Pods – soft punching bags and 3D wall petal structures. A perfect way to release pent-up energy and let off some steam.
Flex those muscles at the Pink Zone, where you can build strength by pulling down levers ranging from two to eight kilograms in weight. The dynamic visual of the light balls changing in response to your efforts adds an engaging element to your workout.
Jump to your heart’s content on the trampolines at the Yellow Zone. Each trampoline will begin playing music as soon as you step into it, inviting you to bounce, dance, and groove to the lively tunes.
Finally, test your agility at the Blue Zone. The rope maze is a fun and engaging experience for travellers seeking a touch of adventure.
