China Southern’s brand new Sky Pearl International VIP Lounge at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport has been unveiled. The new facility is part of the airline’s ongoing drive to improve overall service standards and enhance the passenger experience.
The new 1,400sqm passenger lounge follows the Skytrax Five Star standard and can cater for up to 206 guests at any one time.
Divided into several areas, it features a Chinese Tea Culture exhibition area, audio-visual and reading area, dining area, meeting rooms, a massage room and sleeping area, and shower facilities. Free wi-fi is also offered.
China Southern now plans to renovate a number of other passenger lounges across Chinese airports.
