Emirates has launched a new baggage delivery service at Dubai International Airport’s Terminal 3, so passengers no longer have to wait to collect their baggage.
Passengers who pay a set fee can choose to have dedicated agents collect the baggage and clear customs, before it is delivered to an address of the passenger’s choosing anywhere in Dubai, Ajman, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah.
Mohammad H. Mattar, Divisional Senior Vice-President for Airport Services, Emirates, said: “Providing our customers with a seamless and efficient travel experience is at the forefront of whatever we do at Emirates, and the launch of the new baggage delivery service is just another initiative towards ensuring the comfort and convenience of our customers when they travel through Terminal 3.”
