Mumbai International Airport has introduced new self-service kiosks to allow domestic passengers to print out their e-ticket when they arrive at the airport.
The new kiosks are located outside all departure gates in the domestic terminal and can be used by any passenger who has booked their flight online.
Once key details, such as the flight number, the airline and the PNR (Passenger Name Record) details have been entered, a hard copy of the ticket can be printed.
Mumbai International Airport Limited (MIAL) has introduced the self-service facility to assist passengers who have made last-minute bookings and only have electronic versions of their flight booking details.
