digEcor and Jamco Aero Design and Engineering (JADE) have announced a partnership to help drive more efficient retrofits for customers.
Etihad Airways has opened its first lounge for business and first class customers in the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport.
Gatwick has announced it is increasing its investment in improving the airport over the next several years by an extra £200 million.
The latest phase includes the redevelopment of gate lounges, improvements to the immigration and security entrance, and the introduction of new signage.
FTE spoke to easyJet’s Sophie Dekkers and Gatwick Airport’s Guy Stephenson about the passenger experience implications of the new bag drop zone in North Terminal.
The renovation work will help create a more passenger-friendly, intuitive and aesthetically pleasing Terminal 1 at Dublin Airport.
