REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
airBaltic has conducted an initial test of SpaceX’s Starlink internet connectivity system onboard its A220-300 aircraft, as it aims to provide every passenger with seamless, high-speed internet access.
American Airlines is continuing to make its high-speed inflight connectivity more accessible and easier to use, including a new WiFi portal design designed to further enhance the customer experience.
Korean Air has selected Viasat to provide inflight connectivity onboard 40 787s. It brings the number of Korean Air aircraft to be equipped with Viasat’s connectivity solution to 70, including 30 A321Neos.
Royal Jordanian is prioritising high-speed WiFi to enhance CX and has selected Viasat’s inflight connectivity solution across multiple fleets “to provide passengers with a high-quality online experience”.
