REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Passport-less immigration clearance for travellers is being progressively rolled out at Changi Airport – a Headline Partner of FTE APEX Asia Expo, taking place in Singapore on 19-20 November 2024.
Changi Airport has broken ground on the new Terminal 4, which will include a variety of self-service and automated check-in, bag drop, immigration and boarding options.
FTE spoke to Qantas’ Rowan Chalmers and London Gatwick’s Willie McGillivray to find out how they have transformed the passenger experience within existing facilities.
