United – a Corporate Partner of the FTE Hub and a Partner of the FTE BIWG – has integrated Apple’s new Share Item Location feature for AirTag into its app, so customers can access their bag’s precise location.
Aer Lingus – a Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – has enabled Apple’s Find My Share Item Location feature. The feature is designed to enhance CX by helping quickly locate lost or delayed bags.

Eurowings has entered into a five-year contract with SITA – a Strategic Partner of the FTE Baggage Innovation Working Group – to deploy SITA Bag Journey for real-time tracking information of passenger bags.
The new partnership will enable passengers travelling in all classes to pre-book an at-home baggage collection slot for departing flights.
