REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
oneworld and Swissport have opened new lounges at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Both lounges are located in Lounge 2 at AMS, offering travellers flying to non-Schengen destinations a luxurious place to relax.
Airport Dimensions, SSP and Travel Food Services have formed a new partnership to offer travellers an exclusive lounge destination at HKIA. Called Kyra, the new lounge is expected to open in summer 2024.
Leeds Bradford Airport has appointed international catering operator Elior to provide food and drink services for its lounges. This includes a wider range of options and brand-new technology for enhanced CX.
Delta’s premium lounge experience will bring what is described as a heightened level of service and hospitality to customers at JFK, LAX and BOS in 2024, with a “highly personalised level of service”.
Jomo Kenyatta Airport in Nairobi has opened a new Plaza Premium Lounge in Terminal 1D, reflecting its “dedication to providing passengers with top-notch amenities and comfort during their journey”.
New York’s LaGuardia Airport has welcomed the opening of a new Chase Sapphire Lounge by The Club in the state-of-the-art new Terminal B, with the support of strategic partner Airport Dimensions.
