Here at FTE, we are busy planning for our 2025 events, and building out the registration booking sites, which we hope to have live soon.

In the meantime, we know many of you are planning your 2025 calendars, and forecasting your budgets, so we wanted to share an outline of what we expect our registration options to look like. Please note, these may be subject to change.

What does 'Opt-in to 3 meetings' mean?

FTE Global represents the perfect opportunity for the industry to connect en masse. A key ambition for the live show days is to drive real engagement at every opportunity between each of our attendees to share learnings and ideas.

To support this goal, we are offering discounted premium attendance to direct employees of airports, airlines, cruise lines and bus/coach/rail networks* when committing to arrange three meetings with exhibitors you wish to engage with using our Event App & Attendee Engagement Platform.

Please note, this rate is available to early-stage startups. Early-stage startup registrants will need to meet the following criteria in order to qualify.

Permits access to all the above-mentioned inclusions.
- Be a member of the FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub (free to join for startup companies) – you can register here: https://www.fte-hub.com/startups/
- Founded within last five years
- 10 employees or fewer
- Seed funding or earlier
A promotional code will then be shared to ‘unlock’ this rate in our registration site.
