REDEFINING THE END-TO-END PASSENGER EXPERIENCE AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE
Emi Spanakis, Director – Customer Experience, oneworld Alliance, is to join FTE Asia 2013’s Second Working Session focusing on “Understanding advanced self-service strategies”, bringing an invaluable alliance perspective to the outstanding conference agenda.
FTE is pleased to announce that PATA has joined ACI Asia-Pacific, IATA, HKIA, Cathay Pacific and Dragonair as an official event partner of FTE Asia 2013.
Ms Zhang Xiuzhi, CEO, Spring Airlines will deliver a Keynote address at FTE Asia 2013. It promises to be a fascinating Keynote, and will take place on Wednesday 8 May. Founded in 2005, China’s first low-cost airline has become the dominant player in the country’s domestic market.
The two exhibitors, ARINC and Amadeus have confirmed their participation at FTE Global 2013, Las Vegas, 4-6 September.
