Munich Airport is offering Chinese travellers personal shopping assistance free of charge in Terminal 2. Chinese-speaking shopping assistants aim to break down language barriers and enhance CX.
Changi Airports International and Wuxi Airport Group have established a new joint venture company to manage the non-aeronautical business of Wuxi Shuofang International Airport, with plans for an enriched CX.
The winners of each award will be announced during an official awards ceremony on 12 June at the co-located FTE EMEA and FTE Ancillary & Retailing events (Dublin, 11-13 June 2024).
