airBaltic has partnered with Plusgrade to introduce a new Business Class upgrade feature, enabling passengers to bid for an upgrade. The collaboration is designed to enhance the travel experience for airBaltic customers, while improving the airline’s premium cabin utilisation and increasing revenue.

Business Class passengers can enjoy a comprehensive full-service package, including priority check-in and boarding, a front-of-cabin seat with a free seat for added privacy, a gourmet meal paired with a curated selection of premium beverages, and quicker disembarking upon arrival. Throughout the flight, a dedicated Business Class cabin crew aims to ensure exceptional service.
