Qantas Group has renewed its partnership with Content Service Provider Stellar Entertainment. Stellar Entertainment’s relationships with content owners, innovative digital solutions, including the Stellar IFE Portal, and the powerful pixL™ platform, which streamlines content management and delivery, and operational agility were all contributing factors to Stellar’s successful contract renewal.
Stellar’s expertise in creating tailor-made, strategic inflight entertainment solutions will be evident when Qantas embarks on its ultra-long-haul routes to Europe and New York as part of Project Sunrise.
“It is an incredible honour to continue working with Australia’s flagship carrier and one of the industry’s most trusted brands,” said Sam Allen, CEO, Stellar Entertainment. “Our history with Qantas dates back to 1974 when they became our very first airline client. To still be working with them 50 years later speaks volumes about the strength of our collaboration and our shared commitment to delivering the best possible inflight entertainment experience. We’re immensely proud that Qantas has chosen Stellar again to drive their content product forward.”
Qantas can offer passengers a carefully curated selection of the latest premium film, TV and audio content. This diverse and engaging entertainment will enhance the passenger experience on every flight, especially the new ultra-long-haul flights.
“Stellar Entertainment was appointed as the content service provider for Qantas Group based on their technology platforms, their pricing, and team,” said a Qantas spokesperson. “Stellar has always demonstrated attention to detail, dedication and agility in their services to the Qantas Group.”
