airBaltic enhances inflight customer experience with new winter Business Class menu

airBaltic has introduced a new Business Class menu, available throughout the winter season until the end of March 2025, as part of efforts to “continuously enhance customers’ inflight experience”.

airBaltic has introduced a new seasonal Business Class menu for the winter season, created using the finest local ingredients. The new menu includes a variety of gourmet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which are available on all airBaltic flights throughout the winter season until the end of March 2025.

“Each season, we renew our Business Class menu with gourmet meals specially selected to each season to continuously enhance our customers’ inflight experience,” said Natālija Kuzmina, VP Customer Experience & Insights, airBaltic. “This winter, we are delighted to offer a selection of meals that reflect sophistication, highlighting the best local ingredients and flavours. Additionally, our Business Class beverage menu has been carefully curated, offering a diverse range of options to suit every taste.”

The new menu features gourmet meals, including a selection of meat and seafood dishes, alongside various special dietary options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On flights up to one hour, a main course with dessert is served, while flights over one hour offer a full three-course meal with a starter, main course, and dessert. For longer flights exceeding four hours, Business Class passengers will also be served a second meal.

During the Christmas and New Year season, airBaltic will serve festive holiday-inspired meals in Business Class, adding an extra touch of holiday cheer to customers’ journeys.

Furthermore, the airline offers special dietary, child, and infant meals, ensuring each customer enjoys a tailored dining experience based on their needs. Special meals can be requested during ticket purchase or by contacting airBaltic customer care no later than 48 hours before the flight.
