Caribbean low-cost airline Arajet has integrated Immfly’s advanced digital solution to elevate inflight services and enhance passenger satisfaction across its extensive network in the Americas region.

Arajet will integrate Immfly’s comprehensive suite of digital solutions, enhancing operational efficiency and passenger engagement across its fleet. Key components of this collaboration include:
- Crew Application and All-in-One Solution: Immfly’s versatile crew application offers an intuitive interface and operates seamlessly on both Android and iOS devices, including specialised hardware like Pax 920 terminals. This hardware-agnostic approach ensures flexibility and efficiency in inflight operations.
- Robust Back Office Integration: Immfly’s back-office solution, hosted on Microsoft Azure web servers, provides Arajet with a centralised platform for commercial and operational management. From sales and promotions to warehouse logistics and financial reporting, the system supports Arajet’s day-to-day operations with ease.
- Enhanced Payment Solutions: Addressing payment challenges, Immfly has partnered with Worldpay. This collaboration ensures seamless and secure payment transactions, meeting the diverse needs of Arajet passengers.
Initially launching on 10 aircraft, Immfly’s solutions will scale alongside Arajet’s orders, reaching 30 aircraft. This scalability demonstrates Immfly’s readiness to support Arajet’s growth ambitions and enhance inflight services across a broader customer base.
