Air India introduces Vista wireless IFE service powered by Bluebox for enhanced CX on widebody fleet


Air India has launched the Vista wireless inflight entertainment (IFE) service – powered by Bluebox – across its existing widebody fleet to provide uninterrupted entertainment and enhance overall CX.

Air India has launched the Vista wireless inflight entertainment (IFE) service – powered by Bluebox – across its existing widebody fleet to provide customers with uninterrupted entertainment. Following this, Vista will also be available on narrow-body aircraft.

Vista is being deployed on Bluebox’s Blueview digital services platform and delivered to customers via the Bluebox Wow wireless network system, enabling customers to seamlessly stream content on their personal electronic devices. Additionally, Vista features a live map display for flight tracking. Available on iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS devices, Vista is designed to ensure travellers can easily access and engage with new inflight entertainment content.

Air India’s content library features over 950 hours of entertainment across formats and genres, including timeless favourites, BAFTA and Oscar-winning/nominated titles, short films, acclaimed series, and specially curated content for children, with a diverse range of options customised periodically.
