Wizz Air has announced the launch of WIZZ SHOP&FLY in partnership with InterLnkd (an exhibitor at the co-located FTE EMEA and FTE Ancillary & Retailing events, Dublin, 11-13 June 2024). The first-of-its-kind online shopping platform is designed to elevate passengers’ pre-travel shopping experience by providing personalised recommendations.
Through a fully integrated e-commerce store, Wizz Air passengers can not only browse a variety of fashion, beauty and retail brands ahead of their flight, but can purchase and have these items delivered directly to their homes ahead of their flight.
The new online mall will utilise InterLnkd’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) solution to analyse customers’ post-booking shopping habits and the destinations customers are flying to, curating personalised recommendations for products, so that passengers can be fully prepared ahead of their flights.
