After moderating the ‘AI Symposium’ at the recent FTE Global event, Javed Malik, Chair of the Advisory Board, Ink Innovation, spoke to Future Travel Experience about his role as a Captain of the reimagined FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub. In this video interview, he shares how the relaunched FTE Hub will be different in 2024 and the importance of its key themes of AI, Robotics and IoT. “The innovation community we’ve created in the FTE Hub has some real opportunities for shared learning,” Malik explains. “Technology and innovation have always been part of our industry and right now change, productivity and engagement are being driven by AI and Robotics, with IoT an embedded core to that. We feel that these three themes together will create the next generation of travel experience.”
