Following his participation at the recent FTE Global event, Future Travel Experience caught up with Kevin Kleist, Senior Emerging Trends Advisor, Southwest Airlines and Head of Innovation, Digitalisation & Startup Engagement, FTE. In this video interview, he shares plans for the reimagined FTE Digital, Innovation & Startup Hub, including a new line-up of Captains, new community-focused approach, and dedicated focus on AI, Robotics and IoT in 2024. “Experiences and collaboration are key to the reimagined FTE Hub going forward,” Kleist explains. “It’s about bringing the industry together to share learnings and have meaningful conversations around our key themes for 2024. There are a lot of synergies between AI, Robotics and IoT, and a lot happening in the industry within each of those topics.”
