Passengers flying on SunExpress Germany flights can now access content using their personal electronic devices, following the installation of Media inMotion’s ‘Cube’ solution.
Each 11kg Cube allows for up to 40 passengers to simultaneously stream content. The content hosted on the server includes films, television shows, newspapers, magazines, travel guides, bespoke SunExpress content, order-to-seat functions, advertising and games. The solution offers full integration with Retail inMotion’s onboard retail software suite and its point-of-sale solution.
According to Media inMotion, a subsidiary brand of Retail inMotion, the team is currently developing additional product capabilities for the Cube, including the integration of video advertising and third-party options, such as home delivery services.
