As an early Christmas gift we are delighted to share with FTE readers an outstanding presentation from Steven Greenway, Deputy CEO, U-FLY Alliance, focused on “Passenger Experience 2025 Asia” recently delivered at FTE ASIA EXPO 2016
Here at FTE we aim to help inspire industry stakeholders make the right decisions about what they will do next to improve customer experiences and business performance, and one of the key means of achieving this is through our conference stage where we ask leading industry figures and industry disruptors to share their future visions.
At the recent FTE Asia EXPO event in Singapore we were delighted to provide a platform for Steven Greenway, Deputy CEO, U-FLY to deliver a special presentation on “What will the airline landscape in Asia look like by 2025?”.
It was one of the most honest, thought provoking and insightful presentations we had ever seen that went from questioning the appetite to travel in the future, through to suggesting models on how the industry can collaborate to thrive.
We felt it was something all those in the FTE eco-system should get sight of.
As a part of the conference’s main topic focusing on understanding the technology, consumer and industry consideration of 2025, Greenway’s presentation emphasised on four key areas:
- Airline Landscape 2025 – succeeding in passenger loyalty and avoiding becoming a commodity;
- Alliance Landscape 2025 – the answer to offering compelling products, providing scale, overcoming regulatory issues;
- Airport Landscape 2025 – applying technology and embracing change;
- Commoditisation Landscape 2025 – creating an “experience”.
During the presentation, Greenway provided attendees at FTE ASIA EXPO 2016 with his extensive expertise in commercial strategy, brand development, operational management and start-ups.
