We are delighted to announce that Johan Mägi, Head of Onboard Product and Services, SAS Scandinavian Airlines, will deliver an opening keynote address in the ‘Up in the Air’ conference at FTE Europe 2015, which will take place in London from 2-4 February.
Johan will reveal all about the airline’s new long-haul business class product, which will enter service in February, and will also share how SAS plans to further improve the passenger experience across all classes of travel in 2015 and beyond.
Joining Johan in the ‘Up in the Air’ Opening Keynote Session will be Airbus’ Ingo Wuggetzer, Vice President of Cabin Strategy, Innovation & Design, who will also deliver a keynote address.
