FTE Europe 2015, which will take place at the Park Plaza Riverbank London from 2-4 February 2015, will include the FTE Europe ‘Understanding What Passengers Want’ Forum in which senior industry figures will share what they are doing to improve the passenger experience, discuss what passengers really want from their travel experience and explore how these demands are likely to evolve in the coming years.
