FTE Asia 2014 will be the first regional FTE event to include two parallel conference streams – ‘On the Ground’ and ‘Up in the Air’ – and senior figures from the likes of AirAsia, Qatar Airways, Malaysia Airports, Jetstar, Dubai Airports, Air France-KLM, Saudia, Istanbul Grand Airport, Star Alliance, Vancouver Airport Authority, Peach and SITA have already confirmed that they will share their passenger-focused plans and visions.
The event, which will be hosted by Malaysia Airports, will focus on the theme: ‘Transforming tomorrow’s customer journey in Asia’, and it is expected to attract more than 400 senior travel sector executives from airports, airlines, suppliers, government agencies, destination partners and many more travel industry stakeholders.
FTE Asia 2014 will also include an extensive exhibition of the latest solutions designed to improve the passenger experience, as well as an exciting social programme, including tours of the new klia2 and a spectacular Gala Evening hosted by Malaysia Airports.
