KLM’s Emma Sluman, Product Manager Passenger Services, will deliver a presentation at FTE Global 2014, 24-26 September, Las Vegas.

Offering exclusive insight into the future of airport security screening and a single passenger token, KLM’s Product Manager Passenger Services, Emma Sluman, will outline the carrier’s visions for airport security and biometric-based straight through travel, and explain how these are beginning to be realised at Schiphol and Aruba airports at FTE Global 2014.

KLM is among the key stakeholders driving the ‘Happy Flow’ project at Aruba Airport, which aims to use biometrics to create a single token to streamline processing and remove the need for passengers to present their travel documents at various stages of the airport journey.

In her presentation in Las Vegas, Ms. Sluman will also reveal all about a first-of-its-kind security checkpoint pilot, which started at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol earlier this summer.
