We are very pleased to confirm that Dr. Joachim Schneider, Vice President – Product Management, Lufthansa German Airlines, will take part in the ‘Enhancing Premium Passenger Experiences Forum’ at FTE Global 2014, which will take place in Las Vegas from 24-26 September 2014.
In Part 1 of the two-part forum, Dr. Schneider will deliver a presentation entitled ‘How will Lufthansa evolve the onboard experience of its premium passengers across its network to maintain its leading position?’
The session, which is entitled ‘Enhancing the onboard experience for premium passengers to maintain loyalty and attract new customers’, will be chaired by Raymond Kollau, Founder of independent industry and consumer trends research agency Airlinetrends.com.
