When we found out that Ben’s car was in need of repair in order to allow him to continue to compete in the Caterham Supersport Championship, Future Travel Experience agreed to sponsor the team ahead of the race of the season at the famous Brands Hatch racetrack in Kent, UK.
On Saturday 11 June, PPS Publications sent an entourage of followers to support Ben and his team at the world-renowned track – which was the scene of Ayrton Senna’s first ever car victory and Nigel Mansell’s first Formula 1 win – and Ben did Future Travel Experience proud, finishing sixth in race one and fifth in race two.
With eight races left in this year’s Championship, Ben is currently in fifth place out of the 38 entries. He will next race his Future Travel Experience-branded Caterham 7 in Zandvoort in the Netherlands.
