Future Travel Experience has launched the FTE Airport Innovation Power List, which will recognise the top C-level airport executives who have displayed an outstanding dedication to using new and emerging technologies to improve passenger experiences and business performance. The introduction of the Airport Innovation Power List builds on the success of the FTE Airline Passenger Experience Power List, which was launched in 2015.
In recognition of their important role in driving industry improvements, each member of the Power List will receive an all-access “Golden Ticket” to a Future Travel Experience event of their choice in 2017 – FTE Europe/FTE Ancillary (26-27 June, Dublin), FTE Global (6-8 September, Las Vegas) or FTE Asia EXPO (7-8 November, Singapore).
C-level executives from all airports (Chief Information Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, etc.) will be considered for the Power List. If you would like to nominate a certain C-level airport executive, please submit a nomination using our online submission form.
The final Power List will be decided by an independent panel of judges, who will consider the following key criteria:
Examples of using technology to improve the passenger experience; examples of using technology to personalise the customer experience; examples of using technology to enhance business performance and operational efficiency; dedication to being a first mover to explore the viability of new and emerging technologies; and dedication to going the extra mile to deliver improvements for the wider industry.
